FRONT OFFICE

The system consolidates all the necessary data and enquiries by the visitors and converts it in the form of useful information which can be used for generating admissions, shortlisting vendors, providing information, scheduling appointments, meetings and other administrative tasks.

ADMISSION

Administers the complete process of admission through a standard SOP, starting from enquiry till the final admissions. The process comprises of various criteria’s that the college/school would like to benchmark for its admissions like necessary documentation, entrance test, interviews, group discussions marks etc. No manual work or extra time required to manage the admissions of the existing students.

EXAMINATION

Through automation all the elemental arrangements like exam schedule, allotting seat numbers and generating hall tickets. Also facilitates generation of report cards and notifying them through SMS/ Email once the results are declared. Executes Internal and external performance assessment of the students and calculation of scores based on various set of criteria.Gives an overall/ subject wise view of the scores to students, teachers and parents.

Catalogues various types of room availability and prices charged, enabling students to select their rooms as per their convenience. Shows the current availability of rooms and helps planning accommodation for wait listing candidates. Records all the data of the students with details like room no., extension no., check in & check out details and other activities of the students. Also takes into account the outstanding payments.

INTEGRATED DASHBOARD

Dashboard incorporates all the necessary details like academic calendar, seminars, notices etc. for the users. Immediate notifications are received and one can be easily updated with the latest information.

VOTING/POLL & SECURED FEEDBACK

Facilitates online feedback from the students on the performance of the teachers or trainings conducted in the school/ institute. This feedback is fully secured and identity of the students is not revealed, thus enabling students to give unbiased and authentic feedback. Also reports can be generated in various graphical representations.

TALLY INTEGRATION WITH ACCOUNTS

Integration with tally makes the accounting task simpler. Administrating the accounts, budgets, balance sheets, costs, salaries, expenses etc. can be processed through this module.It also incorporates accounting of students fees through manual or online payment and salary payments to the staff.

STORE & PURCHASE

All the purchases done are recorded in the system. It includes storage location, number of items in each category, forecasting orders etc.Helps in tracking the inventory and daily opening and closing stock, making invoices, purchase orders, billing, etc.

ONLINE TEST

Various types of test can be conducted for students within the institue without third party assistance. It gives facility to carry out the tests with large number of students at a time along with assessment facility of the test and results.This reduces the administrative cost, saves time and resources. reduces paper work, is environmental friendly and can be carried out as per the convenience of the institute.

REPORTS

Food Menu option is made available and selection can be done through the system, thus getting prior intimation and information of students who will be availing canteen services. E-LEARNING

Teachers can post notes, articles, study material, etc. on the system. Students and parents can then directly have access to all the material. Even educational video links can be posted which will be directly played through YouTube.

TEACHERS ANALYSIS

Eliminates the need to travel personally for making fee payment. No fear of sending fees through children. Pay your fees online through a credit or a debit card or e-wallet provided to the students. Also gives the reminders for making payment and notifications on payment fulfillment through SMS.

TRANSPORT

Through Vehicle Tracking Systems, GPS which are installed in the buses or any other mode of transportation, parents can easily locate the vehicle and get updated status of their children. It also helps them to observe where the vehicle is and when it will be reaching the pick up or drop point. Even communication is possible as the details like the bus no., drivers name, contact details etc. are provided.
